From Frustration to Passion for Grill Cleaning
My name is Shane Reeder—owner of Central Coast Grill Cleaning. I grew up on the beaches of Nantucket, MA, where I spent my summers cleaning grills for vacation rentals and local homes. After moving out west, I brought my skills to Santa Barbara and started cleaning grills here, too. Now I help people keep their grills looking spotless and ready for the next BBQ.
It all started one summer when my dad asked me to clean the grill before a BBQ. He handed me a sponge and a bucket of water, thinking it would be an easy task. Three hours later, I was covered in grime, and the grill still didn’t look much better. That experience taught me that grill cleaning isn’t as simple as it seems—it takes the right tools, techniques, and patience.
